About Disaster Recovery Planning 4th Edition | Just as technology and business change necessitates periodic testing of business continuity capabilities, so to do changes require periodic updates to books about techniques and methods for disaster recovery and business continuity. So, we have decided to initiate a new project, a "blook" (blog+book), to create Edition 4 of our well-received Disaster Recovery Planning tome, which has been steadily revised and re-released since it first hit the streets in 1989. A "blook" is an interesting approach to writing. It provides an opportunity for readers to comment on drafts and suggest additional content that may be of value to the readership at large. Registered members of this site will be able to do just that: comment and contribute on draft chapters as we get around to writing them. | | We hope you will participate in this worthwhile endeavor, contributing your knowledge and experience to ours and helping to make a final product that everyone can use more effectively to develop a recovery capability for their companies. Registration is only required to comment on chapters. We will keep the chapters themselves available to the web community at large. All chapters, including text and illustrations, are Copyright (C) 2008 by Jon Toigo. All Rights are Reserved. Comments will also become the property of Toigo Partners and may be used in the final work or to promote the work. Thanks.
